Larger Throttle Body Opening
Larger opening means more power!!!!! These are not cheap $80 eBay intake manifolds. They are bought directly from GM. This means you get the best quality intake you can get for your CRUZE! Once received they are ported to the largest size you can physically get out of these intakes. And because they are an OEM product they are very thick.

Add +15HP and +11TQ with this mod!
The factory intake manifold has "tumblers" in the intake runners- these are basically air dams / walls that take up the bottom 1/4in or so of each runner. These are for fuel economy purposes and not good for power. We remove these tumblers and at the same time touch up and enlarge the intake runner. Then, we also smooth out a casting imperfection in the inlet side behind the throttle body that happens when the intake manifolds are manufactured at GM.

This version of the ported intake manifold will come with either the version 2 or the version 3.4 of the PCV fix kit from CRUZE kits. Your choice as to which one you want. As everyone knows I work with Andrei the owner of CRUZE kits to develop a catch can system that integrates with your PCV fix kit. Now I'm working on bringing you the best of Super Cruzes, Cruze Kits and BNR in one giant performance bolt on product!!!!!. With this version what I will do is have BNR send me a ported intake manifold and I will install the PCV fix into it for you. So it's ready to bolt into your car without headache! Additional cost is for shipping and the cost of the PCV kit.
