This is a picture of Danny Crochery's 2012 RS. This car has a lot of power and needed an upgraded intercooler. His oem intercooler was constantly getting heat soaked. He contacted me and gave permission for creative control over the color choice. I came up with a color combo I thought matched his cars essence. He didn't get to see it until the day I installed the system on his car. He loved it so much we got to work right away!
This is my dyno proven intercooler system that you have seen in many of my YouTube videos on CRUZE Missile. I decided to take the same large race core and adapt it to the 2009-2016 CRUZE. With the help of the CRUZE community I have designed an intercooler system that everyone was asking for. . You will get all of the pipes needed send air from your turbo to the intercooler core and from the core up to the throttle body. This price is for the basic silver intercooler, chrome/aluminum pipes as well as blue, black or red elbows.
I have been working with a bunch of people in the CRUZE community about the way they want my intercooler designed. The intercooler system is positioned exactly where the generation 1 CRUZE owners wanted it to be located. It allows a good flow of air. Looks cool and you can see it from the grille!
I started offering this as an upgrade for people who are running a lot of boost. This is something you will need if you are running a big turbo on your cruze. This is actually an expensive part to produce. The cost is just to cover what it costs me to make them for people. It's designed to also be taped and you can run a boost signal off of the port on the either side of the flange. It will also allow you to spin you sensor around so you can hide it under the pipe or on top.
These are a new product I have started to produce. They are gloss carbon and exposed carbon. I can do a few different colors like blue or even red carbon. Pictured is the white exposed dry carbon. These are an extra charge. They are so new I do not have a price for them yet. I will try and keep them as a $60 upgrade cost.
I make a lot of custom parts. These are some color options I have done for CRUZE owners intercooler systems. I can powder coat the pipes gun metal gray or satin black in house daily. If you want something custom like the summit white pipe pictured it will be an extra cost as well as longer production time. BUT I can do anything you would like for your car.
This is base silver intercooler core used on all of my kits. This is the standard color you will receive when ordering an intercooler from me.
This version is what I call the stealth intercooler. This is a satin black powder coat that actually hides the intercooler behind the bumper so you can build yourself a "SLEEPER". It provides amazing intake cooling with the look of an OEM part. That's if you can even see it!
