Billet Turbo Rebuild
If you have an OEM turbo from a Gen 2 CRUZE that went bad or is causing smoking or noises, you can send it into Super CRUZES for a rebuild or purchase an already upgraded OEM turbo. Already upgraded turbos are $800, but you get $100 back when we receive your turbo as a core. The turbo I am talking about is sized the same as OEM, but spools faster and achieves a higher RPM and helps the car produce more power on a budget. If you send in your turbo to be upgraded with new bearings, billet wheel, oil seals and exhaust impeller, the service charge is $450 no core charge needed.
Dave's 6+6 Big Turbo
This is a brand new turbo that is available to the CRUZE community. This turbo is a budget big turbo. I wanted to bring something to the market that would help people keep costs down but still have a quality power adder. Warranty options are available for this turbo charger.
I can also add upgrades
This bundle allows you to have an upgraded turbo with accessories already added to your package. You can choose what ever color combo you want for the wastegate. I will assemble your wastegate and install it onto your turbo charger. You can also choose to have this bundled with our diverter which is designed for OEM and big turbos. Check the video below so you can hear how it sounds and functions.
Product testing
Here is a video that was shot to show the before and after of the big turbo noise killer. The BNR and Turbo bay turbos create a flute type train horn noise that no one talks about. So since people who have these turbos do not mention it much there is not a lot of info on a fix for this. So Super Cruzes came up with a solution and here is the footage of it working.
Super CRUZES Diverter
The way that the OEM turbo is designed causes a flute/train horn type of sound while the impeller is spinning. This is a noise that the BNR and the Turbo bay turbo both make. I have a custom diverter I can add to your turbo that will fix the noise. Plus you want to upgrade your diverter anyway because they are designed to hold in more boost pressure. More boost means more power. I can discount these diverters if your buying a turbo through me.
I have documented the entire build
I have a complete big turbo playlist on my YouTube channel showing the path I took from day one up to this last dyno run. The car has gone back to the dyno since then and made even more power with this 11 blade turbo. I have not put that footage out yet as I am still editing it for the channel. Once completed I will update this page with the newer higher numbers.
